 Attorney Robert J. Tombari, Jr. was employed as a police officer by the City of Lakeland, Florida, for approximatley 4 years, prior to returning to the Boston area in 1982 to attend law school. He has been practicing law since 1985. He had worked as an attorney for approximately 4 years at the law firm of Marinelli & Morisi, which was located in Braintree, Massachusetts, while developing his own law practice.
Attorney Tombari has extensive trial experience and concentrates his practice in the areas of law involving: personal injury; real estate and business related matters involving purchases, sales, bank financing and closings; bankruptcy; commerical transactions, including collections; estate, probate and divorce matters; and criminal defense cases.
Attorney Tombari is an active member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, Massachusetts and Norfolk Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court and First Circuit Court of Appeals.
Attorney Tombari was appointed by former Governor William F. Weld as a Public Administrator in 1992.
Attorney Tombari is currently specializing in real estate acquisitions, permitting and construction development and is a partner in the real estate development group, Witsop Development Group, LLC., which is also located at 150 Longwater Drive, Norwell, MA, 781-871-7000.

 Tom Callahan has been practicing law since 1984, and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York, West Virginia and a number of Federal district and appeals courts. He is a graduate of Albany Law School and Boston University.
Attorney Callahan began working at a general practice firm in Hingham, MA, moved on to the corporate/real estate department of a small from located in Providence and Boston, and in 1990 began work with the Boston/East Brunswick, NJ firm of Tucker, Biegel & Speziali, where he served as an assistant regional manager for a Fortune 500 corporation involved in the nationwide asbestos litigation, practicing extensively across New England, New York and New Jersey. He began his own practice in 1994 and maintained that practice until the creation of Witsop Legal Advisory Group in 2006. Attorney Callahan has both extensive litigation and transactional experience, and practices in the area of real estate law and permitting, corporate law and business counseling, general civil litigation, domestic relations law, and estate planning. He is a trained mediator and holds a real estate brokers’ license.
Attorney Callahan is a past member of the Board of Selectmen, Conservation Commission, Growth & Development (Master Plan) Committee and Community Preservation Committee of the Town of Cohasset, and is currently a member of that town’s Housing Partnership. He has also served as an instructor at Massasoit Community College and to the Plymouth/South Shore Board of Realtors.
